RISMA Systems A/S fully respects all requests regarding confidentiality that you provide on the website. Furthermore, we are aware of the need for proper protection and processing of your personal data.

Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, private address or other physical address, email address or other contact information, whether they concern the individual’s private residence or workplace.
Which personal data do we collect and process?
As a rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or provide any personal details about yourself.
However, RISMA Systems A/S needs some personal details to be able to do business with you and provide news and other services to you.
RISMA Systems A/S collects and processes information about you when you:

- download programs or other software

- moreover, provide personal information to us through the website

Where is your personal data stored?
The personal data is stored on servers in Holland. Some personal data is administrated by a third party (data processor) that stores and processes personal data on the behalf of RISMA Systems A/S pursuant to this data policy and the applicable data protection laws.
We only keep the personal data as long as necessary for the purposes stated above.
